What goes on a fleet semi
A tractor-trailer is the largest panel a fleet owns. We design and print for it in four layers:
Brand colors
Cab and trailer printed in the fleet's color standard so every unit reads the same at a distance.
Logos and lettering
Company mark, DOT and MC numbers, unit numbers and any required markings placed to spec on each cab.
Campaign graphics
Product or promotion graphics on the trailer sides, printed as panels that can be swapped out later.
Trailer graphics
Full-side or partial trailer graphics laid out around rivets, seams and door hardware.

Trailer sides are printed as panels, so a holiday promotion or product launch can go on and come off without touching the base wrap. Many fleets keep the cab in permanent brand colors and treat the trailer as the campaign surface, changing it a few times a year.

How pricing works
Every semi is scoped from the unit list. Five things move the number:
Coverage
Cab only, trailer only, or cab and trailer. Full coverage or partial panels.
Vehicle size and panel complexity
Day cab vs. sleeper, 28' vs. 53' trailer, and how many rivets, corrugations and doors the panels have to work around.
Artwork readiness
Print-ready files cost less to prepare than artwork we design or rebuild from a logo.
Quantity
Multi-unit runs are scoped as a set, with the same proofs and panel files reused across trailers.
Install location
Our Long Island City bay or on-site at your yard across the five boroughs, Long Island and New Jersey.

Artwork, proofs, printing and installation are handled in-house at 4700 Northern Blvd in Long Island City. Trailers that can't come to the bay are installed on-site across the five boroughs, Long Island and New Jersey.
